Emergencies

Our answering service is monitored routinely. In the event of an emergency, please indicate that your call is urgent and be sure to leave your name, phone number, and a message for your doctor with the answering service. Your call will be returned as soon as possible, and if necessary an emergency appointment will be scheduled.

Insurance

We try to simplify the preparation of insurance forms and thereby hold down costs which are not related to the delivery of psychological services. The bill you receive contains the information needed for your insurance company to process your claim. However, we are happy to assist you with additional forms or information if needed in order to help you receive maximum benefits.
